The Architectural Competition: Research Inquiries and Experiences gathers 26 papers presented October 2008 at a conference on architectural competitions organised by KTH School of Architecture and the Built Environment, Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. The conference demonstrated that research on architectural competitions can offer a multifaceted fi eld of study of signifi cant importance to university based researchers, practicing architects and urban planners alike.
